Before you call
Who can order from Neem Karoli Sales Corporation?
We supply retail shops, kirana stores, tea stalls, restaurants, canteens, caterers and event organisers. We are a wholesale distributor, so orders are by the case or crate and there is a minimum order value for each delivery area. We do not sell single bottles to households.
What is the minimum order?
Inside the Jaipur City ring, up to 20 km from our depot, the minimum order is ₹3,000 and delivery is free. In the Outer Ring, from 20 to 30 km, the minimum is ₹6,000 with a ₹250 delivery charge that is waived above ₹15,000. Every item also has its own minimum quantity in cases.
How quickly do you deliver?
Order by 6 PM for next-morning delivery inside the Jaipur City ring. The Outer Ring is served on scheduled days, currently Tuesday and Friday. We confirm the delivery day on the phone when we call to check your order.
Do rates drop if I order more?
Yes. Every item is priced in quantity slabs, so the rate per case falls at set quantity breaks. Current rates for your shop are shown in the ordering app, and our team will quote them on the phone.
How do I pay?
Payment is settled on delivery by cash, UPI or bank transfer, or on agreed credit terms for regular accounts. Online payment inside the app is being added and will be handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway; we never store your card details.
Why do you still call me if I ordered in the app?
Because it is the step that catches problems. Stock changes through the day, quantities get mistyped, and a delivery day sometimes has to move. Thirty seconds on the phone is cheaper than a wrong load.
